St George's Day

Tomorrow, 23rd April, it is St George’s Day!

 

Today, we heard the story of St George and the Dragon.  We discussed myths and

legends before finding out who he REALLY was.  We didn’t know he was also the Patron Saint of Aragon, Catalonia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Greece, Lithuania, Palestine, Portugal, and Russia.
