Springwell Park Maths Day

Today was Springwell Park's Maths Day, to celebrate this we had lots of mathematical challenges throughout the day. We met a pirate called Captain Morgan who was blown here during a storm from Cloud Island. During our session with Captain Morgan we solved problems and worked as a team to make the shapes of a Kangaroo with a baby in it's pouch, a penguin, Santa 's sleigh and a plate of burger and fries. We have had lots of fun and discovered that maths is very enjoyable.
