Shrove Tuesday

We learnt about why we eat  pancakes on Shrove  Tuesday and we also talked about Lent and how people used to give up flour, eggs or milk for the forty day of Lent, so they made pancakes to eat. We ate pancakes with sugar and lemon. They were delicious!
