Science Day!
Today is Science day! That means, for today and over the next few afternoons we are going to be carrying out small classroom investigations involving, clouds, bubbles and light!
To kick start, we read up on how clouds are formed and then created our own using water, shaving foam and food dye! We loved watching the colours travel through the foam and into the water! We figured out that the thicker the 'cloud', the longer it took for the dye to reach the water! We also realised that dye must be more dense than water as it sank to the bottom of the jars!
