Healthy Mind Healthy Body Week

This week we have been learning all about having a healthy mind and a healthy body.  We have been doing mindfulness to help us stay calm and learn better and we have been learning about healthy food and exercise.  

We invited our grown up from home to our Healthy Mind Healthy Body Stay and Play - thank you all for coming!
