Health and Fitness Week~26th June 2017

        On Monday 26th June 2017, as part of Health and Fitness week, year five watched a video showing the correct procedures to follow to perform C.P.R. (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation).

         We then split into small groups to practise the correct technique to follow: thirty compressions, then two rescue breaths and repeat.

     We now all feel more confident about how to deal with a situation like this.
