Hawthornes Science Day- Monday 9th July 2017
On Monday 9th July we visited Hawthornes High School for a fun-filled day of Science.
We began the day meeting various birds and learning all about how they live and where they originate from. Afterwards, we made our very own 'Robo-bugs', learning all about how electronics are powered.
Before lunch, we made our own rockets and took them outside to launch.
Finally, we all went to the hall were we saw many experiments with different gases and chemicals.
