VE Day Celebrations - 70th Anniversary of the end of WWII
We all came in dressed in red, white and blue today and had a picnic outside for lunch, like the street parties people had in 1945 to celebrate the end of World War II. We made bunting earlier in the week and coloured in Union Jack flags this afternoon. We even had a go at VE Day acrostic poems!
