Springwell Park Travelled Back In Time
On Tuesday 10th January 2012 Key Stage 1 mysteriously travelled back in time to the year 1891 and became a Victorian school for the day. The Children had drill on the yard, and followed lessons that a Victorian child would had. They learnt the 3 'R's, their times tables and in the afternoon the girls learnt cookery and sewing, skills every Victorian girl will need, and the boys had a history and science lesson.
