Science Week
This week has been National Science Week. In year one we have been focusing on our Animal topic and have been playing guess the animal games using our knowledge about animals. We have also conducted an experiment to see what liquid would be able to clean some dirty 2 pence coins. We used water, milk, orange juice and coca cola. Which one do you think was the cleanest at the end of our 5 day investigation?
We were also very lucky in being able to witness the solar eclipse. We made pin hole cameras to be able to safely look at the sun. Although it was mostly cloudy we were able to get a quick peek before it went away behind the clouds.
