We've spent the week getting to know each other better and working hard!
We have now started our topic on Dinosaurs after Professor Driessen visited on Monday with a Dinosaur bone that he found on our school field! We have spent the week looking at Dinosaur information books and learning as much as we can before our exciting trip to Manchester Museum on Friday!
We also had an exciting experience on Tuesday when we were able to learn about Dinosaurs from within a Dome. A video was projected onto the ceiling and we liked feeling as though we were walking with the Dinosaurs. We particularly liked the part when the asteroid came down to Earth. We thought it was going to hit us instead!
We look forward to a lot more exciting opportunities during our topic work this term!
