Hot and cold

During our science lesson we took part in an experiment. We placed one of our hands in warm water and the other in cold. We left them there for a couple of minutes then dipped both into luke warm. It felt so strange!!!! We found out our skin does not always tell us the truth and it can sometimes get a little confused.
