We have been working with our talk partners to construct sentences which begin with fronted adverbials.
Person 1: This person had the fronted adverbial and the comma as you always see a comma after a fronted adverbial.
Person 2: This person had the end of the sentence which included a verb. This is word that shows action.
We then worked with our talk partner to compose our own sentences. We shared these with the class and they had to tell us whether our fronted adverbial gave information about the:
