Coconut Barfi!

We have been looking at Hinduism in our India topic. Divali is the main Hindu festival and people give and receive gifts, including sweets.  We had great fun making traditional indian sweets, called coconut barfi.  We left them to set over night, then we gift wrapped our sweets and took them home.
