26.5.16 Combining Maths and UNICEF in one lesson
Today we combined our maths lesson with Unicef . The children have been bringing in all their loose change to donate to the Syrian Refugees . During the lesson each table was given a handful of money and they had to use their reasoning skills to count and exchange the coins with each other so they all had the same amount at the end of the session. The children enjoyed this activity, working as a team and using their maths skills. As quoted by Grace .
