As part of our work on UNICEF - The Global Community, we have been learning about Africa. We have been learning about how children live in Africa. We learned about how precious water is in Africa. We watched a video about how a family ahd to travel for miles to get water from a well. They carried it back for miles on their heads taking care not to spill a precious drop.
After we had watched the video we practiced carrying water in our Nursery playground making sure we didn't spill any. Look at the pictures of how well we did!
