PSHE Being Brilliant~18th April 2017
On Tuesday 18th April 2017, both year five classes went to the hall after break to experience 'The Art Of Being Brilliant' with Tony Seymour. He came to talk to us about always being the best we could possibly be, being positive and self esteem.
First, Tony asked us a question whether we were a 'Penguin Or A Polar Bear?' He showed us a video of penguins running around and then a polar bear going so slow to show us how to be more happy and active like a penguin.
Our next activity was to use more of our brain to 'Upgrade Our Thinking!' We learned that the way we think effects our results and achievements.
