My Healthy Body

We have been learning about how to keep ourselves healthy.  We looked at two of the main factors affecting health: diet and exercise. We kept food diaries and activity diaries which allowed us to see how we can improve our health by; either getting more exercise or eating more healthily.  We also learned what to do if someone has a heart attack. We know how to do CPR and rescue breaths.  Have a look at the photos.
