This week we have been learning all about having a healthy mind and a healthy body. We have been doing mindfulness and yoga to help us stay calm and learn better and we have been learning about healthy food and exercise. We have looked at different foods and what sorts of things we should have in our packed lunches. During Outdoor Play we have been playing lots of team games. In these games we are keeping our bodies healthy and also learning how to take turns and co-operate with each other.
