Last week we took part in a gang prevention project. James visited us every afternoon to share the dangers of 'dipping your toe' in the gang environment. He taught us about gang culture, jail sentences and the effect on innocent victims of gang related violence. The children were enthralled from start to finish and learnt an unbelievable amount. This was an amazing opportunity for our class and James left a strong but clear message. We hope the children have taken on board the dangers and risks of being involved in gang culture so that they can avoid it in the future.
